Techcom Real Estate Investment Trust – TCREIT is the only real estate fund in Vietnam managed by Techcom Capital. The real estate fund is listed on HOSE (Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange) and is expected to provide easier real estate investment opportunities for individuals and families in Vietnam.
According to regulations, TCREIT will primarily invest in completed real estate properties generating stable rental income, or securities of organizations engaged in real estate business. The fund will also distribute 90% of its annual profits to investors.
TCREIT mainly invests in completed real estate properties, thus avoiding the risks associated with projects under construction. These properties are predominantly in commercial operation, generating regular cash flow, which minimizes the risk of non-exploitation.

TCREIT offers investors the opportunity to benefit from rental income or increasing real estate prices. Liquidity
TCREIT is listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE). As a result, investors can sell fund certificates just like listed stocks. TCREIT also distributes up to 90% of the fund's profits annually, providing investors with regular annual cash flow for spending or reinvestment.
